I was thinking the same thing, but wouldn't she be throwing some codes...misfire....fuel trim...etc?
I'm taking her back in and I'll have them check out the belt setup.

Probably not! Codes are for electrical and sensor faults. A tooth off is strictly a mechanical issue and affects all cylinders. At most, it might throw a p0300 code.
