2013 PHILIPSBURG-EASTON HALLOWEEN PARADE
Posted: Mon Oct 28, 2013 7:43 amHoly Cow, I never saw so many kids line up along a parade route! Especially on the Easton side! Had a great time, the weather was the best ever for a Halloween Parade. Ran out of candy just as I got to the reviewing stand! Here are some pics I took. Halloween Parade
